I bought 2 portraits - one for each dog and asked them to change the color to green and modify the font. It came very fast and the photo looks beautiful. I like the animated look - it still looks very much like my girls. Vivid colors. It came in a tube so the photo didn't get damaged or folded during transit. Will come unframed - I bought my frame separately. 10/10 recommend

Just received the portrait! It exceeds my expectations. It looks like a real canvas painting. The seller did a fantastic job. The portrait matched the photo proof exactly. I have it hanging where I can see it every day because you can??t help smiling or giggling at it. I would recommend this for that ??hard to get a gift for?? person in your life. Was able to get the dog as a puppy next to a picture of her as a big girl in 1 picture. The end product is so great. The seller got back to me quickly and we were able to fix a few things so I was completely happy. No worries about getting it in time for Christmas either.

Exceeded my expectations! I wholeheartedly recommend! When the photo I chose didn't turn out to be so great (I sent one that used flash and made Ruby look like deer in the headlights), they were kind enough to use another photo. And when I also mentioned I didn't think she stood out enough against the beige background (she's blonde), they offered 2 options. Very considerate, very quick even during what I'm sure was a busy time, about 5-7 days before Christmas. Pro tip: I then used the imaged on a chain drugstore's photo printing service and added a border plus some words and a graphic to make another option to print on a wooden background. Great addition for a 2nd way to use the image to make it slightly different.
